Sexually dimorphic, the males have red beaks and the females have black.
Sweet tempered and highly intelligent.
Voracious chewers, its always a good idea to keep many toys on hand.
They enjoy a more calm household, and are good apartment birds.
Though calm they can be stubborn and feisty at times, and training is recommended.
Generally hardy birds.


DIET: Diet consists of a pelleted blend, veggies, fruits, nuts, and seeds as treats. A small amount of white meat, such as chicken is occasionally welcomed as well, as is completely cooked egg.
