Being a "Mini Macaw" this bird has all the spunk of a Macaw in a much smaller package. Very energetic, intelligent, eager to please, easy to train, and playful. Enjoy vocalizing, talking, mimicking and can be quite noisy. Being acrobatic and high energy, they do well in an exciting and playful environment. Enjoys having a plentiful variety of toys, and adapts to change well. Needs at least 2-3 hours out of their cage.
DIET: A pelleted blend, veggies, fruits, nuts, and seeds as treats. A small amount of white meat, such as chicken is occasionally welcomed as well, as is completely cooked egg.
