A very fun, smart and affectionate parrot, Yellow Crowns are easy to tame and train. They enjoy companionship and become fast friends with the people in their lives when treated well. Fun, clownish birds that will happily do tricks for attention, they can also be very skilled talkers.
Males may display territorial behavior during breeding season.DIET: Diet consists of a pelleted blend, veggies, fruits, nuts, and seeds as treats. A small amount of white meat, such as chicken is occasionally welcomed as well, as is completely cooked egg.
